Love, peace and happiness
One thing I love being a newly blogger is that none experience I have, no writing skills and surely no journalism skills. It make me happy that I have followers as to being an inexperience blogger. Testing out the waters of a new found hobby is not easy. So it realy uplifed my mood when I saw this morning that i’ve reached 10 followers. What a great pick me up.
Q/A What gives you a pick me up?
As I am inpired by what I see and real time success stories I hear and read, its become one of my motos in life that with hard work comes success. Yes for me the stuff i have achieved has been through hard work and perseverance a combination which brings you to highest levels in life. We dont have to look far to see real time success stories my favourite success storie is a dear friend of mine and blogger. Her true words of encouragement is so inspirational.
Q/A Who is your favorite inspirational friend an blogger.
As this is post is so close to my heart, it needed to be placed out there. When i was little I was told to go to school, get my matric certifate and go and work. Ohk I did what I was told but as I grew older I realised that ” is that what life is all about” working and never experience the finner things in life.
Only recently I came out of what is called a scarcity paradigm, yes I started dreaming what life could be when working hard towards your “own” dreams. Yes there was some people and there will always be people telling you that dreaming is not for “us”. Than I thot who is us? Is the “us” poor people or those who can not Dream?
I started enrolling myself to what we call FET colleges an started from basic training, yes i’m still working as a healthcare worker but i’m working very hard on my dreams. Motivating yourself is not easy but humbleness elevates you to greatness.
I believe staying true to oneself is the easiest in life, yes we will encounter hurdles but often those hurdles elevate us.
Q/A: What motivates you to stay true to your dreams
Living a healthy and balanced lifestyle it is of utmost importance to relax and unwind, that’s why we as friends decided to break away for the weekend. As we still in winter and the month we decided on was in May, we were a little sceptical about going. After all it was only the beginning of winter, so we had to carefully plan our trip. We eventually found the most beautiful place and the amazing thing about it is just on the foot of our doorstep. The weather turned out fine and we had a great time.
Cultivar guest lodge Stellenbosch Cape Town
This is the entrance hallway, it is so inviting and have a warm feeling.
This place for me is so awesome, you have the choice of driving or riding a bicycle through the winelands.
This for me is a statement piece, what a great feature this is. It made us all so happy to have chosen this place.
This antique wine cabinet caught my eye a timeless piece.
The dinning room area flows in with the seatting area, the main kitchen is 5 feet away and the breakfast was served as as a buffet. The food was delicious to choose from farm bread to baggels to different cheese you just can’t finish all.
A view from the bottom up as all the surrounded area farms and guest lodges have a slopped down which makes it so unique.
To think this place and more similar ones are just 20 minutes away from my home town makes me blush as it was our first time to actually explore the Cape Winelands area.
Below is a photo of the surrounding farms.
A view from the top.
What a wonderful stay we had, the staff treated us as family and the fellow lodges were so friendly.A home away from home i’d say. Thank you Cultivar guest lodge Stellenbosch.
